This intimate, transformational workshop combines coaching, self-reflection, and practical tools to help women manage the overlapping challenges of ADHD and perimenopause. 

Throughout the day you'll learn a holistic approach to managing ADHD and peri-menopause symptoms in a safe, supportive space created for connection and growth.

6 Hour workshop covering:

  • Mind: Cognitive strategies to calm the mind and promote balance
